The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a basis the draft law “On amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine re simplification of business start-up procedure”

The bill (Reg. No. 2258a) aims at simplifying and cheapening the procedure of starting up business in Ukraine by:

submitting to the state registrer information necessary for registration of legal persons and legal persons-entrepreneurs that is required for their registration as VAT taxpayers by state tax authorities;

canceling registration fee for state registration of legal persons and legal persons-entrepreneurs;

standardizing and extending data of the Unified state registrer of legal persons and legal persons-entrepreneurs, etc.
